Dallas World Aquarium

On Monday we visited the Dallas World Aquarium and Colton LOVED it!! Neither Jeff nor Colton had been before and it was such a fun morning of exploring fish and other animals! This was our first "Dallas Staycation" adventure.  We decided not to take a big vacation this year and do a bunch of fun local things.
Colton checking out the big waterfall and all the animals around it.  They have the exhibits set up so neat as if you were actually in the environment with the animals!
Watching Daddy feed a little bird a blueberry.
Colton and Daddy hunting for monkeys.
Colton loved watching the otters swim and play! They would swim by so fast (as you can tell from the brown blur in front of him) and Colton thought it was so funny.
Checking out the really big crocodiles.
The huge manatee was fun to watch along with the other large fish in the tank
Colton got so excited when he found Nemo and Dory in this tank!
He was in awe of all the fishes swimming everywhere.
For some reason Colton really liked these big crabs and asked for his picture with one. :)
"Look Daddy...Penguins!"
The shark tunnel was a big hit!
Colton really liked the flamingos! You could see them so close and while we were there they starting making all these noises.
The Jaguar and Colton checking each other out.  The jaguar was really pretty and Colton wanted to pet it. Ha!
On our way out from the Aquarium we went into the gift shop and Colton got to pick out a souvenir.  He loves his new flamingo and frog. :)
