Go Rangers!

On Friday, Jeff and I had a date night and went to the Rangers Game!! It was so much fun!

We had awesome seats on the third base line and in the shade...thanks to Jeff's friend who works for the Rockies! 

Nothing better than beer and nachos at a baseball game!

 Go Rangers! It was a great game and the Rangers won!

 After the game they had an amazing firework show we stayed to watch.
Perfect ending to a much needed date night!!

Father's Day

Father's Day weekend was packed full of family and fun...the way it should be!! Colton just adores his Daddy and thinks he is so funny! I love it when Colton hears Jeff's truck pull in at the end of the day and his face lights up as he says "Daddy Home!!".  Jeff is such a great dad to Colton!

Our Father's Day weekend began on Friday night when we celebrated with my Daddy and family.  We grilled out and enjoyed the evening.

On Saturday we headed to the lake to have some fun and celebrate the Dads some more!

 Jeff had a great weekend! He even caught the biggest catfish in our lake house history!! It was almost 5 pounds!

Not really Father's Day related...but had to include this picture from the weekend!! Colton is so funny...he was in the bath, laid down, started kicking and said "look Mommy, I swimmin" haha!

On Sunday when we got home, we celebrated with Jeff's Dad, Brother and Grandma (GiGi B).  We hung out at our house and went to dinner at Rudy's! Yummy!

3 Things...

Just a post to mention 3 things...
1) My Grandparents game to visit this month

 We went and ate at Babe's while they were here. Yummy!

2) Last week Colton had swim lessons with my sister.  She does such a good job!

3) We have been potty training for a few weeks now and he caught on really fast the first week to go "pee pee in the potty", still working on the other! He is doing good, but this sure makes outings interesting! :)

Playdate at the Fairview Fountains

On Wednesday, Colton and I met up with an old friend of mine growing up! I ran into Sarah at Sesame Street Live and we both live in Frisco. She has 2 boys, Will and Jack, and so we decided we should get together for playdates.  We met up at the Fountains in Fairview to let the boys run around and play outside.  They had such a good time!!!

When we arrived there were some repair men working on the fountains. We thought we might have to go to plan b...but they said they were just replacing some light bulbs and would be done soon.  So we took the boys over to the play area and volleyball courts across the street to play in the sand while we waited. 

Colton had fun chasing Will around the sand.  Apparently they were "racing" :)

Finally the Fountains were on! Fun! Fun!
