Our first Christmas adventure was to Downtown McKinney's Home for the Holidays. We went on a beautiful day right after Thanksgiving while Jeff was still off work. There were so many kid friendly things to do and see. Colton and Cambry had a great time!

There was a train that took you through downtown and this was the highlight of Colton's day!

Colton wanted his picture with Camby in this sleigh. Such a sweet big brother and he loves his sister so much!
They had carnival games and Colton won this blow up elf and he was thrilled! He also had a blast making an ornament. He was so proud of his elf and ornament he wanted his picture taken with it. :)
Our next adventure was Northern Lights Ice Festival at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Prosper. This was sooo fun!! They had a real outdoor ice skating rink! They did a Frozen ice skating show and both Colton and Cambry loved it! Colton liked seeing the characters and hearing the songs he knows from the movie and Cambry loved watching the skaters and dancing to the music. It was really great! They also had indoor activities, food trucks, a live nativity presentation and Santa. We had a good time!

The Friday after Colton's last day at school I decided to surprise him with a trip to see the Northpark Trains. Pappaw tagged along to check out all the fun. It was a fun morning with lots of Christmas sights!

Cambry really liked looking at all the trains and kept pointing saying "ooooo"
Lastly, one night we ate an early dinner, got bathed and in pjs with some milk (Starbucks for Mommy and Daddy) loaded up and headed to Deerfield to look at all the awesome Christmas lights. This is probably Colton's most favorite Christmas activity. Cambry actually fell asleep and didn't get to see many lights. It was a fun time that we enjoy doing every year!
