After much thought and things falling into place, we have decided to build a new home! It is super exciting and also a little overwhelming. We wanted to be sure and take advantage of the current seller's market and sold our house in August! Our new home is not expected to be completed until around May...so we have moved into a rental home until then. Our new home is in McKinney, but Frisco ISD and about 10 minutes from our previous home. We are so excited to go through this process and have already begun making our design selections!
It is a bittersweet feeling selling this house. This was our first home, where we brought our babies home to and so many more special memories were made here.
