What We've Been Up To...

Here is a recap of what we have been up to these past couple weeks.  Just a bunch of this and that and lots of fun!

 We went to the lake for a weekend of fun! The weather was amazing!
Colton loved swinging on our neighbors wood swing. 

We tried to fly a kite, but the wind was all over the place, so we will try again sometime.   

 It was perfect for S'Mores! Colton was not real sure why we were putting the marshmallows in the fire and it concerned him some. :)  He just ate his graham cracker, marshmallow and chocolate separate in a bowl. Silly boy!

 Playing with Austin.  Colton just adores her and plays with her so much.  We are so lucky to have such a good dog that tolerates crazy Colton and enjoys playing with him. 

Since Colton did not start school this year, I decided to do some stuff at home with him.  Colton is obsessed with letters...obsessed! He can recognize and say all of them both upper and lower case, knows the alphabet song, and knows the sound each letter makes.  He will line his letter blocks up and say the sounds of the letters as if he is sounding out a word.  So, each week we focus on a letter and do activities around that letter.
Here is A week. 

 And B week, it is lacking because we all were suffering from nasty colds this week.
