Yeay!! College Football is back!! We enjoyed watching A LOT of football this weekend. Colton can recognize football on TV and say "fooball" and will raise his arms and say "toudown" if you ask him too! 
Jeff watched the UT game at his brother's house since we do not get the Longhorn Network. We stayed for just a bit and then Colton and I headed home for bath and bedtime. While we were there Colton LOVED playing the drums with Uncle Paul!
Do we have a drummer in our future??
This weekend Colton figured out a new sleeping position! Ha!!
We were going to go to the lake this weekend, but we cannot get the boat in the water. :( The water is soooo low. In the picture below, you can see the retaining wall and normally the water is all the way to the edge of that. But as you can see we are growing a second yard instead. :(
So, Jeff, Colton and I went down Sunday to mow the yard (not the beach yard, the normal yard) and clean out the fridge. Colton found his own fun inside with a tissue box! This took him no time at all!
We also enjoyed the amazing weather we had on Monday! To go from 100 plus to the 80s was awesome! Colton was soooo happy to play outside. He loves being outside and it just has been to hot this summer to be out. We are looking forward to fall!
